Restore the Block Weekend. Every 4th Sunday of the month, 4R's congregates
and begins the restoration and healing of neighborhoods. 4R's, along with a a few
local business owners, take that weekend and clean debris from vacant lots and
homes in a neighborhood chosen by our staff. Every 5th Sunday, we serve our city
by partnering with local non-profits and serve in areas of need. If you would like to
